Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Scarsdale, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Scarsdale is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Scarsdale is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

As soon as you step foot into this restaurant, everyone is so friendly! Cool atmosphere, and amazing food. The beef pancake roll was the best. We also loved the spicy chicken soup dumplings and cucumber salad! 2 of us got the egg drop soup which was AMAZING but fills you up when you’re also eating soup dumplings. 10/10 would love to come back to try new menu items.

The soup dumplings were good — smaller than what I’m used to getting in the city, but still flavorful and worth ordering. The bean ribs unfortunately fell flat for me. It honestly tasted like boiled ribs with beans and needed way more flavor. For Scarsdale, the prices were reasonable. Overall, it’s a decent option if you don’t want to make the trip into the city, but there are definitely better dumpling spots around Westchester. Maybe I’ll go back and try something else.

Had an amazing time at this dumpling spot! From the moment we walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming, and the food totally lived up to the vibe. The dumplings were some of the best I've had—juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. We tried a few different kinds and honestly couldn't pick a favorite. You can tell they really care about what they're making. Service was friendly and attentive without hovering, which made the whole meal feel special but super chill. If you love dumplings, just go. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve heard extremely good things about Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings, especially after my experience at Din Tai Fung didn’t live up to the hype. This has honestly been at the top of my list to try—and I’m so glad I finally did. From start to finish, everything was great. The waitress was amazing, super attentive, and really made the experience even better. The vibe was on point—no complaints at all. The space is clean, welcoming, and just has a really good energy. I’ve tried quite a few things on the menu, and when I tell you it did not disappoint, I mean it. Everything was flavorful, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, this place absolutely lived up to the hype for me. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Highly recommend!! This place definitely caught me by surprise. You can't tell how elegant and beautiful this place is from the outside. The service was AMAZING, very knowledgeable and gave us pleanty of recommendations. The food was packed with flavor, everything came out steaming hot and super fresh. My favorite were the honey chicken feet and string beans, a must try! Loved that display window where you can see them hand making the dumplings. Super cool!
